Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Extreme Results Technologies Inc. ("Business MRI", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 1000 Brickell Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. By using businessmri.ai or mri.extremeresultstechnologies.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Business MRI™ provides

Business MRI™ is a self-service assessment tool. Completing the assessment produces a free Executive Intelligence Report. Purchasing the Executive Blueprint™ adds a 30/60/90-day roadmap built from your report. The Service is informational — it is not financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and no result is guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to assess the business you enter into the Service. There is no user account or login — access to your report and Blueprint is via a private, time-limited link sent to the email address you provide, and you are responsible for keeping that link confidential.

4. Payment and billing

The Executive Blueprint™ is a one-time purchase processed by Stripe. Pricing shown at checkout is the price charged; there is no recurring subscription for this product today. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time; it never changes the price of a purchase you've already made.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Full refund if requested within 7 days of delivery, before any implementation guidance has been used.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• provide accurate information when using the Service;
• only assess a business you own or have the authority to assess;
• not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that is fraudulent, infringing, or harmful;
• not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or its output as your own product or service without our written permission; and
• not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its assessment methodology, scoring logic, report and Blueprint templates, and all related branding (Business MRI™, Executive Blueprint™, and related marks). You own the information you submit about your business. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use your own generated report and Blueprint for your internal business purposes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service and its output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a specific business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms. Because there is no ongoing account or subscription, termination primarily means refusing further access to new assessments or purchases; reports and Blueprints already delivered to you remain yours per Section 7.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that venue. [Confirm with your lawyer whether an arbitration/class-action-waiver clause is appropriate for your customer base before launch — none is included here.]

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
